Elm Street Center Hotel Progressing

One of the two groups that started planning this project over 5 years ago has said they are working to make it a Wyndham Hotel. The tower would be located at the southwest corner of February One Place and Davie Street, could be built atop a new, 150-space parking-deck. The hotel could be joined with the existing 30,000-sqft banquet and meeting space to become a full service conference center. Greensboro News-Record
