City league seeks input on Jordan Lake watershed rules

Construction on a luxury apartment development by Hawthorne Residential Partners on Bridford Parkway in Greensboro is well under way, with plans to welcome the first tenants as early as next month. KMW Builders to break ground on Greensboro rental development

KMW Builders is expected to begin construction in December on a $6.5 million, 48-unit affordable apartment community in Greensboro called the Terrace at Rocky Knoll. The site is located Rocky Knoll Road between Randleman Road and Red Chief Street.
